Eigenart was founded by Philipp Skroblin, a manager based between Los Angeles and Berlin, shaped by years of working closely with individuals across creative and entrepreneurial worlds, including actors, artists, filmmakers, and founders.
The role has never just been about management. Sometimes it meant protecting a vision. Sometimes building a team. Often, it meant being a strategic partner. A Wegbegleiter. A steady presence through change, growth, and uncertainty.
That approach defines Eigenart today as a transatlantic management company working internationally across film, culture, and business.
